MaxEd Talk the Walk held on 25th Nov 2017 at DCSMAT, Trivandrum

The young management students were enthralled and enlightened listening to the first MaxEd ‘Talk the Walk’ series. The talk show was nourished by the ingenious and unique stories told by nine individuals from varied fields.
Dr. Arun Surendran (Trinity College) shared the difference how he and
the college changed they way one study engineering. Aswathy Nair (Jwala Foundation) highlighted the social sensitiveness her NGO is  continuously spreading in society. The inception and growthtrajectory of CAT Entertainments was elaborated eloquently by Mr. Amarnath Sankar (CatMediaLabs & TastySpots). Shenley Rajan’s (8 Point Art Cafe) soft and suttle narration helped the audience to easily imbibe the story of his cafe.
The sustainable park was the spotlight in Mr. Vinod Subramanian’s (Serial Social Entrepreneur) presentation;  where he could elevate the level of thinking among students’ about future. The ‘serious’ crowd got the humour tinge when Mr. Sunil Ibrahim (Movie Director) narrated his life journey; which affirms his skill as a story teller with a difference. The lady duo – Sobha Viswanath & Sreeremya Sambath (Weaver’s Village) showcased their upbringing efforts and brands  of handloom clothings for the newgen by upliftment & empowerment of the weavers. The hungry stomachs never stopped the gathering in listening and experiencing the mesmerized fusion music by ‘Aalaps’, the musical band.
DC School of Management & Technology, KINFRA Film and Video Park, Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum hosted it on 25th November 2017 in their campus. In the morning Prof. George Antony Constantine, Director of the institution welcomed the gathering and Dr. Vinith K. Nair, Co-Founder, MaxEd & Professor & Associate Dean, TKM Institute of Management introduced MaxEd & TTW to the audience. Mockman Add ons was the sponsor for the event.
MaxEd is a first of its kind happening forums, where management academicians and corporate works in tandem for the betterment of business, education and society at large. ‘Talk the Walk’ is the series where they bring in people from different walks of life who did different things and things differently. Kochi & Kozhikode will hear another set of life stories from different folks.
