Program Schedule of MaxEd Best Project Awards 2017 & Message for Participants

Dear Participant/Guide/Coordinator,
Greetings from MaxEd !
Hope all the participants have completed their registration formalities and waiting with anxious breath to give their best and final shot on 23rd August 2017.
The first edition of MaxEd Best Project Awards 2017 has seen one of the best ever participation from the student community. We received more than 200 project/internship abstract entries from B-Schools inside and as well as outside Kerala and out of which 132 abstracts have been accepted after review.
Dr. Saji Gopinath, CEO, Kerala Start Up Mission has consented to be the Chief Guest for Inaugural Ceremony and Dr. Kuncheria P Issac, VC, KTU has consented to be the Chief Guest for the Valedictory Function.
You may please find attached the detailed program schedule for the day. If you have not completed the registration formalities till now we have closed the online registrations and a final option of spot registration has been made at the registration counter.
Please ensure that the participants carry the following compulsorily with them:
1) A copy of ID Proof, College Id or Voters Id Card/Adhaar Card
2) Proof of registration fee payment
3) Presentation slides restricted to 15 to 20 slides.
4) A one page report explaining the project/internship in printed format.

The participants are expected to compulsorily come in formal attire and be there at the venue by 9:30 a.m.
The participants may carry their laptops but it is not compulsory.

Announcement of results will be done on the same day.
